Intellectual property and public information

The general structure of the website, as well as the software and databases are the exclusive property of CYNO OPS. Any reproduction, any total or partial representation, any use, any adaptation, any making available or modification of these elements by any process whatsoever, by any person whatsoever and by any means whatsoever (in particular sale, marketing, rental, etc.) without the authorisation of CYNO OPS, any authors or their beneficiaries is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offence of counterfeiting within the meaning of the intellectual property code.

The scientific, cultural and educational content (texts, sound, audiovisual and multimedia documents, without this list being exhaustive) as well as the iconographic and photographic reproductions presented on this site with a signature or copyright © are protected under intellectual property law. Photographs bearing a credit are the exclusive property of the institutions or persons cited in this credit.

The CYNO OPS brand and those of its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site, are protected by industrial property law. Any total or partial reproduction of these brands and/or logos made from elements of the site without the authorisation of their owners is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offence of counterfeiting within the meaning of the intellectual property code.

Informations publiques administratives

The informative and programme content of this site constitutes public administrative information within the meaning of Article 10 of French Law No. 78-753 of 17 July 1978. This information may be reused freely provided that it is not altered, its meaning is not distorted, and its source and the date of its latest update are stated.

No transfer of ownership of public administrative information is made to the re-user. The latter benefits from a personal and non-exclusive right to reuse this public administrative information. About the event

The CYNO OPS seminar being an event reserved strictly for professionals in the field, all visitors must be able to demonstrate the professional nature of their visit.

Entry is prohibited to those under 18 years of age. Only the organiser is authorised to validate any badge request.

The CYNO OPS seminar is open to audiovisual media. Visitors and exhibitors are informed that they are therefore likely to be filmed or photographed. The authors of films or photographs produced on CYNO OPS do so under their entire responsibility (legal compliance with image rights and any regulatory or jurisprudential system applicable on French territory) and fully release any responsibility of the organiser of the CYNO OPS seminar on this subject.
